Scope

These terms govern the use of the Document Declaration Portal at beyan.acrosscustoms.com. Anyone using the portal is deemed to accept them.

Nature of the service

The portal lets users send declarations and commercial documents for transport operations on the Cilvegözü – Bab al-Hawa corridor to the Across Customs office, have a record opened and follow its status.

The portal is not the official customs declaration system; proceedings before the customs administration are carried out separately under applicable law.

User obligations

• You confirm that the information you enter and the documents you upload are accurate, up to date and yours to submit.
• Personal identity documents such as ID cards, passports or driving licences must not be uploaded.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for operations carried out with your account.
• Use that disrupts the portal, attempts unauthorised access or sends automated bulk requests is prohibited.

Company accounts

Company registration is subject to office approval; operations can be opened while approval is pending. Accounts with incomplete or unverifiable information may be suspended. The company administrator is responsible, on the company's behalf, for operations by the users they invite.

Tracking code

The operation status can be checked with the tracking code and plate; document contents are not shown this way. Share your tracking code only with those concerned.

Fees and payment

The service fee is shown in the portal during the operation; if no fee is defined, no amount is shown. Payment is made at the office or by bank transfer; card payment is not yet available.

Liability

Across Customs handles the documents sent to it with care and is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information or documents provided by the user. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical faults.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current text is always published on this page.
