Cilvegözü – Bab al-Hawa
At the Cilvegözü – Bab al-Hawa crossing
The Document Declaration Portal lets customs brokers and logistics firms on both the Turkish and Syrian sides send their declarations and commercial documents to Across Customs digitally, for transport operations through the Cilvegözü – Bab al-Hawa border crossing.
The Across Customs office reviews the incoming documents and opens a record for the transport operation; its status can be followed step by step with a tracking code.
The portal accepts commercial documents only; it does not request or store ID cards, passports or driving licences.

What the portal does

Upload your declaration; the system opens a record for the transport operation and gives you a tracking code beginning with BY-.

Company account
Your firm sees all of its operations, statuses and payments on one dashboard, and invites team members as administrators or operators.

Tracking
Check the status at any time with your tracking code and plate: Received, Under review, Record opened, Document ready.

Three languages
The portal is available in Turkish, Arabic and English.
